Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we only accept exchanges when an item is defective or the wrong size, and returned according to the Exchange Policy & Guidelines below:
- exchanges are only offered towards the same print and style originally purchased in the correct size. At this time we do not provide refunds
- While we do our best to exhibit colors and fabrics as they appear in person, sometimes differences in computer capabilities may slightly alter appearance and we cannot accept exchanges on this basis
- Clearance is FINAL SALE
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of product for authorization. Please include your order # and reason for exchange.
- Pre-paid package must be postmarked and sent within 7 days of the date you received the product. Please include insurance and tracking # for your records and safe delivery. Customer accepts sole responsibility for shipping and tracking back to Jay Jay Swim, however we will take care of the shipping back to you.
- Product must be in perfect, unused condition with all tags and liners still attached.
- Original receipt must be included.
- Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, we will send you a shipping confirmation within 3 – 7 business days.
- We must receive product within 21 days to apply exchange or store credit and are not responsible for lost packages in the mail.
